Since the late 1990's after picking up his first set of turntables $@LT has constantly been working towards the dream. That dream: to be world reknowned in the EDM and Hip Hop DJ world. With "over the top" mix preparation and scratch technicality rivaled by no one, $@LT is without a doubt looking to, well what else Pinky? To try and take over the world! Whether it be rubbing elbows with NYC EDM pioneer Frankie Bones or hosting Hip Hop battles with legendary 518 poet Algorhythm in his early beginnings, $@LT has done nothing but "climb the ladder." From a very humble start at Albany's own Mardi Gras and a chance encounter at Pinto and Hobbes, $@LT has come full circle and recieved major sold out bookings in 2010. Gracing the main "Solstice" stage at Summer Sanctuary and then showing off his Hip Hop chops at the 2010 Beat Shot Music Festival have only solidified the fact $@LT has done [a few things] right. Focusing now on being the most technical and surprising act at any event, its not hard to catch $@LT backstage hob-nobbing with today's best making even more plans for his already bright future. Be it mind blowing scratch, well crafted mixes or flat out charisma $@LT has become the foremost authority on turntablism and the most sought after scratch technician in the 518 with his mixing skills still highly respected (even after a short "mixing" hiatus). With multiple projects constantly underway at any given moment, the world can expect nothing less from $@LT than "on-point" performances, strong musicianship, innovation and involvement.
