DJ platinum was born in 1980 and his first taste of music was in the late 80's-90's wen the old hardcore scene was doing the rounds.
from then on his love for all dance music came to from the jungle scene to the house and Ibiza craze of the 90's till he found a sound that gripped him to this day GARAGE.
it was then in the mid 90's that he got his first set of decks a began to try his hand at djing.
after 10 hard years of spending more money than he had buying records his dedication payed of and he finally got his break landing radio slots on the old stations like flight FM to current stations like freeze fm.

BUT his work did not stay on radio as he has regularly been seen on flyer's for most events in and around London with cookies & cream and exposure two of the biggest events in London on his list. IT was after that when he got his Biggest Break to date. geting a regular booking for ibza in the summer.
But there is more to this man who's sole aim is to put garage back in the club scene and to get the former lovers of this music back dancing.

Still as Committed as ever Mr platinum's DJ passion for the UK garage seen is very close to his heart, renowned as a crowd Pleas er & regarded as a true old skool lover.

But still one of few Dj's who will dabble in all forms of garage 4x4, 2 step and bassline but keeping close to the old skool with the new skool sound's e.g Dj rekless fantastic Track Step Back. ft Sharky P. T2 HeartBroken and The NorthenLine recs Banger Latly as well as putting in some old time classics in his set's.

at the moment you can catch him playing for Liberty and Curiosty playing alongside The likes of Martin larner /mike ruff cut Loyd, Mc sparks And many more And hopefully we will see the name Dj platinum on many a flyer for a few years to come.
