The Bush-McCain surge was 4 years too late, and thanks to the surge we now have 4100+ Americans dead in Iraq. Brilliant strategy, pal.

Republicans have a solution to our oil shortage: make the shortage even worse. Drilling for oil offshore and in ANWR only makes us run out of oil faster. Right now the Republican solution is to drill oceans and public lands. When those are dry, the only place to drill will be private property. They would use Eminent Domain powers to drill wherever there's oil, including your back yard. That is McCain's oil plan: drill it dry. Then "hope" for another source.
