This native South African singer and Actress was born to be on stage.
Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa played a major part in her development as an artist; a rainbow nation of cultures and heritage. She has been inspired by the people of her country. Having had the opportunity to perform and collaborate with great musicians from all over South Africa, Mozambique and the Congo. Through her travels and rich cultural heritage (Her father from Jerusalem and her grandparents from Spain and Morocco)The middle eastern and Latin rhythms have impassioned her soul.
She has studied Classical singing with the best of New York and South Africa. Danielle has performed all over the world and sings in many languages and eclectic genres of music including: Pop to Broadway, Bossa Nova to Afro Cuban, and Middle Eastern/Israeli.
Danielle Also has a passion for Acting, Her debut in South Africa was on Backstage on Etv. She soon after Studied at the well renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New york City, She got the part acting in an American film for TBS (cable TV). RED WATER Directed by Charlie Carner. The movie has been one of TBS's feature films of the year and went out to 20 million viewers in the United States. It Boasted a cast of big Hollywood names such as; Lou Diamond Phillips, Kirsty Swanson and Coolio.
Danielle also starred in the independant film "a Secret HAndshake" now out on DVD
Danielle performed in the musical Evita, for a "Night of a Hundred Stars", a charity event with special guests Sara Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and Nelson Mandela, Starred as a Lead in Duncan Hammond's "Last twist at the Blue moon Hotel" a new Musical, Costa Cruise lines, Wayne Foster Entertainment, Sinai Temple's "Friday Night Live" with Craig Taubman, The Soho Synagogue in New York, Brazileira her own Bossa Nova Band, The Beverly Hills Times Magazine's Women's World Network, At Avalon Nightclub in LA, IN New York with Hank Lane Music, The Highline Ballroom, The Plaza Hotel, Covet Lounge, Don't Tell Mama's Cabaret Bar, Son Cubano, and at the Famous Cafe Del Mar in Ibiza to name but a few.
