Thank You. News,.. Sony international pictures is going to release " the Vera Lynn Collection" on Aug 30/09. All three of her Movies, Including " One Exiciting Night" (1944). A movie I've been tring to find for quite a while now, and from all acconts was Gone forever... So I'm quite Excited myself.. Also, I'm in the process of starting a Fan site (yahoo Group) With all the photo's. Discography. Youtube links. Etc..that I can find. Because In my country (US) and My generation, (Boomer) we've only heard the name. What can I say " The humans need To hear this music" Thanks for Your Comment.. John Lambdin

Thank you so much for uploading the wonderful film clips of Vera Lynn. I had read that she made just a few films but had never seen them. She's one of the greatest singers I've ever heard. Her voice touches the heart still, just as it lifted spirits during some very dark days during the Second World War. It's easy to see in these videos why she was nicknamed "The Forces' Sweetheart". She looks so beautiful and sweet. God bless Dame Vera!
