Discover Young Hackney is THE free arts festival for young people, by young people. Our Cultural Ambassadors, Trainee Producers and Young Journalists work tirelessly to bring you one whole month of free arts events, helping you to discover your hidden talents.

Throughout February 2010, Discover Young Hackney will give you the chance to make your mark, showcase your talent, get your foot in the door or just try something new.

Once again the festival will kick off at the Hackney Empire with the sell out, X Factor style talent contest: Im In, don't chase the competition, chase the dream.
