The music brings together the unconventional pop sunshine of the B52s, the grimy groove of Peaches, the chiselled chops of AC/DC, the visionary cool of Television, and Duran Durans hair. From the political satire in the synth-led groove of Futurist Suit to the analysis of an archaic class system in the ankle-breaking pogo-thon Paradoxical, it can be seen that Molloys lyrics are possibly not just fabricated from bizarre nonsense. Molloy release Tracy, their first 7inch single, on limited (500) green vinyl through Way Out Records on 2 July 2007. Kitty-Yo, the uber-cool Berlin label that was a favourite of John Peel and and has been home to Peaches and Gonzales, release Molloys mini-LP This is Fucking Brilliant 3 weeks after Tracy on 27th July 2007.
