Pole dancing videos of practice and routines.
About Me:
Pole Dancing is not stripping and stripping is not pole dancing!
For me it's a sport and an artistic and creative form of dance. A great way to get fit and feel sexy at the same time :)
July 2008: Started pole classes, 1 hr a week
April 2009: Got my own pole, stopped classes and self taught after. A pole at home has been the best investment, it's allowed me to progress much faster then with just classes alone.
I own and use 45mm gold titanium, and 50mm silver titanium x-poles. These are high quality poles and I recommend them.
In most my vids, the poles are on spinning mode. The poles rotate on ball bearings which allows me to keep spinning for so long. FYI spinning is not easier nor is it 'cheating'.
I have no dancing or athletic background. I could barely touch my toes before I started. So ANYONE can do this. It only requires commitment.
The pole dancing community on youtube really helped me with my dancing and has provided so much inspiration. Youtube has been a big part of my pole dancing 'education', and I hope to inspire and help those who wish to start.
