Exercise comes in many forms. Some types of exercise are more extreme than others.
I prefer feats of strength that are over the top. I train as the oldtimers did. It's rugged, brutal and above all drug-free. I don't include any food supplements other than an occasion protein drink. I refuse to buy my lifts. It's all about perseverance and determination. Plain simple hard work and no short cuts. I train alone in my own gym, seldom do I venture to a modern day gym. It's just not my style.

I'm not sure what my favorite video is but i do know i will not be and have not been outdone in tearing cards. Perhaps bare hand horseshoes either.

The live performance was the most fun. I hope it made a difference in a kids life.
