i watched your mixed tape. Amazing strength achievements! I noticed though no kettlebells? This equipment is the king of all strength exercises. Can you show us a turkish get up with a 40 kg kettlebell for us Frank. That can be your next challenge!

you are cool man; i love lifting. im not as strong as you but im really interested in your training. it looks like you do a little bit of everything. how did you seem to get all your lifts so high and still manage to be 150lbs. thats great.
