Yo big ups on all your lifts, you only at aroun 160 and you out lift most big dudes. Whats your training and nutrition like? Id be interested in any sort of input as to how I could some how get to where your at even if its in 5 years. Ive been lifting for 2 years and I just recently cut down from 220lbs to 150lbs and maintained most of my strength so for my size im strong but I wanna get to where your at man, the explosiveness, speed and strength all rolled into ninja like awesomeness.
