I truly love this version. It has a heavy guitar sound which almost boarders on a heavy metal sound. It beats out all other versions in my opinion.

There are many different versions of this song done by many bands. There are two versions i would have to say are tops. This one because it has a true mod feel to it and the other one is by The Flies because it has more of a psych sound than The Monkees version.

This band originally was called Slayer but since there was already a band called that. They changed their name to Firstryke to let the now famous Slayer know they were the first to be called Slayer.
