@jaratt85 Yup they do. And, since the queens only have 4 damage per attack, an attack upgrade will boost the queen damage by a massive 25%. Hence, not getting upgrades when going a mass queen build would not only be stupid, but almost borderline retarded.

@theel337 Damage isn't the only factor which has impact on how powerful a spell is. Aspects such as missile speed, casting time, AoE and range are factors which have to be considered too.
