Does anyone actually know who does the narration here? I certain it was him the first time I heard it(regardless of the fact it's very unlikely he appears in the game. I thought it was a shout out to KOTOR I.)

As awful as it sounds, that kid could of had a weapon (hypothetically speaking) or have been violent. Weird shit happens sometimes.
