I found EFT through Ben Wilson of London, he is a metabolic typing adviser, personal trainer and EFT therapist; his work with athletes inspired his book Rugby fitness training - A twelve month conditioning, witch has been the top selling rugby fitness book since its release. What is your experience level with EFT? Have used it on my own for a while, Have taken training from a professional, I am a trained EFT Practitioner, EFT changed my life!, Am an EFT Trainer I started with EFT several years ago, I began using it to manage my stress, aches and pains, and to help my baby get through teething. I had suffered from fobromyalgia for years....as I used EFT for my daily stress the disease just faded away and has not returned. I used it on my hay fever and allergy to potatoes.... they are also gone! I was so pleased with my results that I taught EFT to everyone who would listen to me. I then attended several trainings as well as taking on line tele-courses, studying the videos and news letters from emofree.com, I then studied the EFT for golf and sports performance. A few my teachers and trainers have been: Alina Frank, Dr. Kiya Immergluck, Dr. Patricia Carrington, Gary Craig, Rebecca Marina, Steven Ladd and many others. I now do EFT every day as part of my self-care routine as well as assisting others through my practice and free support groups.
