You appear to be extremely hardheaded too. Ayn Rand and the Philosophy she innovated, are not the same thing. What does identifying with Rand, have to do with the Philosophy itself? To say Randian Objectivism is ignorant and retarded, unless there is another Philosophy called Objectivism that is just like Objectivism, but was invented by someone else.
You sound so ignorant it's unbelievable. It's like I have to call myself an Einsteinian Relativist, since I "identify" with Albert Einstein. I mean, are you serious? What does the word "Identify" even mean in that context? And what in the world does identifying with Rand or Einstein, have to do with having to have their name in front of what they innovated? Oh, I don't identify with Albert Einstein, so I'm just a relativist, rather than an Einsteinian Relativist. Dude, you can't be this disgusting.
You need to understand that I couldn't care less what it's a play on. It's cruel to make light of another human being's death like that. It's callous. I feel one should have more respect for people and those that have died.
Of course what Ontologistics did was vicious and evil. He knew what he was doing, because he could have done otherwise. He didn't have to bring up someone's death like that. But he titled it like that to be as vicious as possible. As in, I supposedly destroyed the Philosophy, and Rand is dead too, and I'll throw that in your face as well, so take that. Just a cruel and evil person, that's all.
You can defend him all you want. You're likely as disgusting as he is, with some mental problems as well. People and those that have died, deserve more respect than that. (Part 2) How Objectivism provides for objective morality is by offering an objective standard of evaluation, by which one may judge the actions of themselves, or others. And our values are objective because they are based in, and determined by reality, which Objectivism holds to be objective, rather than subjective or intrinsic. *Those are two different dynamics(*major emphasis). One deals with the standard of evaluation for morality, and the other with the Objectivist theory of value, which is based on, and heavily tied to it's metaphysics. The more appropriate word, consistent with Objectivism, is that our values are contextual and relational.
You should study the Objectivist Dr. Andrew Bernstein's work on this matter.
(Part 1) You are extremely ignorant of Objectivism. Objectivism recognizes that values are subjective, or rather relational and contextual. Since meaning comes from our values, this also means that meaning is subjective. This is shown by the fact that Objectivism defines a value as that which one acts to gain or keep.
This obviously means by implication that values are subjective. Since what you act to gain or keep, is not the same as what I act to gain or keep.
Here is where you missunderstand. It was a play on Nietzsches ''god is dead'' Nietzsche did not say Christianity is dead even if that is the form of theism he mostly criticed.
Hence why it makes sense to say Ayn Rand is dead. It is not an insult to hear death but to her ideas. The video against Objectivism.
Not all objectivists identify with Rand hence why I use the term Randian objectivism to make it clear.
Nope in general she is not seen as to serious in philosophical circles. Not too often mentioned in basic philosophy class compared to another libetarian Robert Nozick who is way more respected in general.

I don't know what a "series philosopher" is. You appear to be uneducated and extremely ignorant. If you meant serious philosopher, then you are indeed ignorant and unread. Ayn Rand is a serious philosopher as proven by the fact that Objectivism has an entry in Wikipedia.
Ayn Rand has an entry on Philosophypages, which is a very credible Philosophical source, and Ayn Rand has entries in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, and the IEP. Both considered extremely credible sources.

I know exactly what Ontologistics did. He made a very cruel, evil, and callous remark/title about someone who has died. This is not surprising, since based on his behavior, Ontologistics is an extremely pompous, conceited, spiteful, vicious, and Fascist person.

And like most Randian objectivists you know so little about philosophy that it is a play on Nietzsches '' Gott ist tot'' in English ''God is dead'' . And it does not refer to any literal death but just a death of the idea. Ayn Rand is not seen as series philosopher not today and not then. Objective morality and objective meaning cannot not exist because they are connected to values and connected to the subjects mind.
Also if your going to claim anything objective one must be able to falsify it and it must be a truth outside the human mind.
