um...that's not dead skin peeling off your hand. That's the product. It's gel consistency creates a film when dry and when you rub with your finger against it, it pills and creates the little globs. It might take off a little bit of dirt/residue from your skin but that's about it.

There are a lot of websites u should check out to help manage your frizzy hair-just google it. One thing you can do is detangle your hair with a wide tooth comb instead of a brush. Another thing: use a diffuser instead of just a hairdryer.
