Do you like working for yourself? I've done it most of my working career and will never work for anyone else again. There are drawbacks though and I know them well as an owner of a small athletic bag mfg company for nearly twenty years. I recently sold my company but prior to selling had developed a list of criteria of what I did, and particularly didn't want in my next venture.
