Ok people managed to finally get this to work, download vwallpaper from cydia im running ios4, then go here h t t p : // danstaface. net /deb/ SkrewCommon166.deb (ignore spaces ) , save the file to pc ssh to ipad , run deb on ipad, then you can download ipad wallpapers, hope this helps.
