Yes, if you mess up, your best bet is to duck your head and roll down slowly. You can learn this by practicing forward rolls from a crouched position, and then later from a handstand.

alright mate liked your handstand vid, desperate to learn walking myself, but terrified of leaning too far forward and falling on my head... is there a way of safely landing on your back if u mess it up? cheers
