Tactical Tailor makes bomber straps and kidney pad. ya they cost $40 but it made it ride like a whole new ruck! I dont like zippers, they bust if overloaded. Been running a large one for a year now, it takes some playing with but it is well worth it imo. tons of room, modular, dries quickly.
