nice video, they arn't water based oils though.. they are water miscible oils.. meaning they clean up with water however they are not water based at all..

a lot of people are being misled into thinking they are a water based paint...

listen folks... he's teaching a beginner class here... go to any college and take a drawing 1 or painting 1 class and this is what ya get... he's just quickly covering the basics... i doubt his paintings look this beginner when he's doing it on his own...

in my point of view or thinking process i can come up with no other solution then tracing is cheating i can understand as a beginner doing it, but being able to draw is essential to being a portrait artist, you can't trace, its cheating, hahaha... and also what is the point of this painting, you ...
