Even diets with 10k calories from fruit have VERY low fat intake compared to that of "low fat" foods such as corn chips. At 10K Calories you only get 5g of fat from dates vs 500g+ with "low fat" alternatives.

@frnknsns From what I understand it does, like juicing in a centripetal juicer, add more oxygen into the "mix" which causes oxidation. This is only harmful if you let the juice sit. If you blend or centripetal I have been told to drink it almost immediately. How much truth is in this IDK :)
