I started my channel on a weight lost path on Oct,2008. I have been real seriously something hit me , People are dying from eating and being overweight and I need to take this more serious are I wont be here as long as i want to be . I am fat no sugar coating it I need help . I had a breakthrough you can say , It's so easy to get off track and i did many times, It's easy to eat then to be healthy yea i know it easy to get a burger then cook right? I know I been doing that but it killing you .. slowly but surly .. and i do not want to be a victim so I'm getting my lazy ass up and sticking to my word , my goal is not to lose 150 lbs or 100 lbs my goal is to stick to a healthy diet and make a workout a routine I can follow longs term .. and let the weight fall off. I want a family but the weight would shoot me up to maybe 300 or close come on now not for me. I got to be healthy first you feel me I'll look six months at two months LOL. I am down 60lbs so far still going strong haven't had any fast food soda or candy for 5 months. When I get to my goal of 140-150 I will be trying TTC my first child and well be vloging that chapter of my life also . I have PCOS so I'm trying to make my periods regular while my husband on his 7 month deployment .. I just turn 24 Oct ,24 I'm been married for four years together for five to a great man that I am truely in love with. No children yet ! Going to try TTC next year, I have two small dogs. Im a full time student and a stay at home wife .
