Nice Job Hopper! Just got back from Denver a couple a weeks ago and did some indoor diving... and have to say I am hooked!! and so is my six yr. old boy!! hopefully will be moving back to Cali in a month or two, and get over to Perris and try the real deal!

That is a picture of pure beauty......... I am going to try some pork belly with my Roncoe "Showtime" rotisserie..... I hate to say it but it already makes some of the best Prime rib and some of the Best chicken......... lets see how the Pork Belly turns out? I will update a little later.
