@ReplayRetro I've done one one the inkjet transparencies for my Vex and it works and looks OK, but it's MUCH THINNER... Not a good as a real transparency, but better than nothing. Got some more transparencies and will try to print some more. Also, the real transparencies have the white masking...

That was a great set of interviews.. Loved the history and perspective.. I agree that online adventure gaming makes good story telling near impossible. Probably why I don't really play them.. ;-)

Love my 3DO FZ1. I've heard that the FZ1's are more stable/better built (should be for the original price) from other reviewers also. And another huge plus, my wife likes the look of the FZ1, so it's hooked up to the main TV right out in the open. ;-)

Yeah, there was a pitcher in the Giants minor league who pitched like that. Saw him pitch for the Volcanoes. Pitched a near perfect game once.. Adam Cowart.. Not sure he made it to the show, but he was fun to watch.. Had a 1.09 ERA for the Volcanoes that year (just looked him up)

It's in interesting game in that it shows that the 7800 could have done a decent platform game technically. But you're right, they have made something that not appealing and not fun. Oh well..

Love my 3DO... It's just a fun system with great games.

I have the FZ-1 and even my wife thinks it looks nice enough to stay connected to the TV in the living room just on the shelf. Too bad tho that the old light guns don't work on LCD screens. I miss Corpse Killer.

Bombs and bullets at the same time depending on the difficulty switch setting on your 7800. Flip the switch and it's 2 buttons, 1 for each. I played this game lots before I found that out.. ;-)

Well, to be fair, while this model was released in 1990, it was basically an 80's Mac. Same CPU/speed. It was the first Mac that sold new for under $1000, basically by being an 80's Mac in 1990. ;-) It's a great Mac tho. Have one myself.

OK, just enabled FPS counter on my doomattack. Averaging about 10FPS, running from 6 to 16 while playing. While this seems really bad, I started playing doom on a 386 with a Trident video card, so it's right about where I remember it should be. :-)

If you were an Amiga user back in the day, you'd be familiar with Zool and Canon Fodder. I was surprised to see more than a few Amiga ports. A lot of the games "feel" like Amiga games. Which is great if you're an Amiga fan, but maybe not so much if you are trying to sell a 64-bit system..

Not going to say one is better than the other.. But this is also incredible... Different and awesome..
