I have aserious question, can you use different drawing programs with it, or it specifically used for one program, and do you have to buy the pens sererate or does one come w/ it. Also, does it double as a monitor, or do you need a seperate monitor?

Can someone that has one tell me if this is really worth it? Because I would really like one, but i would like to know if it doubles as a monitor, or does it use a certain program.
