Well there's a place I know where wild cherries grow, I'm just waiting for them to ripen. But I am unfortunately without car at the moment, having crashed in Scarborough causing an eight mile tailback! I may get some and start the wine next weekend. Another idea I have had for wine is Chateau Belladonna (a lethal brew for those shady nights) but I have yet to find somebody brave enough to taste it!
