@ObservefromtheBible did you even listen to the words of this song? the song clearly states how 'we made it' and it clearly quotes scripture. he gave all glory to God. just because he kept repeating 'we made it' that does not take away the effect of "God lifting a standard..." as a matter of fact...

this was a bad group. i was 14 years old and was back stage with these guys at least 3 times. that was over 30 years ago. no picttures, no souvenirs, just the memory of listening at blair give instructions back stage before they went on and everybody listening attentively.

just one more reason why Kirk Franklin will go down in history as one of the most respected musical geniuses of all time. Look at how much respect he gives to the legends. He's featured many of these people his albums. what a humble guy.
