I graduated college a few years ago to find the "real world" is definitely not what I expected. Thankfully, I've discovered candy-colored ponies. They are the most amazing and unexpected escape...

Obviously, this channel is dedicated to Derpy Hooves (aka Ditzy Doo). My intent is to celebrate the wall-eyed character... not make fun of her. The Derpy I personify is show-based (although often overly exaggerated).

Derpy is a bubbly, blonde pegasus who "derps." Derpy appears cross-eyed in about half her appearances. I am under the impression the derping is of her own free will... or maybe when she's spaced out or confused. Derpy participates in EVERY public function and is portrayed as being extremely ditzy and random: accidentally dropping the contents of a moving truck on Twilight, hiding in a hen house, jumping inside the apple bobbing barrel and pulling the plug. She is exaggerated as having obsessions with muffins (questionably her only spoken word), bubbles (her cutie mark), and mail (she's a delivery/mover pony). She is the "Where's Waldo" of Equestria.

To clear things up, yes I am a dude... an almost completely normal one at that. Derpy's voice is pitched in Audacity (or more recently Adobe Audition). I write all my Derp songs while lifting weights at the gym... so when you see that guy at the gym texting, he's really writing songs about a muffin-obsessed, cross-eyed, mail mare.

No one knows about my obsession. So don't tell! 

Additionally, I can't sing for sh*t. I'm in complete shock that others watch these vids. I absolutely love you bronies and fillies.
