@94mav98 I think Poet and the Pendulum was actually written for Tarja. At one point, the song makes a reference to the year 2005. She was in the band until October of that year.

@crimrose I made the same comment when I reviewed the concert for Nightwish USA. Anette and Marco are fantastic singing together. They can't do heavy metal opera anymore, but Nightwish can do so many more things vocally now because their female and male leads can harmonize.

Actually, if you listen closely, you can tell that Tarja's command of English wasn't very good back then. She keeps singing "Nightwiss" because the "sh" sound doesn't exist in Finnish and she didn't know how to pronounce it.
