Just tried this out. I used full size drumsticks and wings, so I doubled the recipe. It took a lot longer to reduce the sauce down so I had to remove the chicken for a while to avoid overcooking. I added it back in right at the end to coat the wings with the sauce. It turned out amazing! Def...
