@fortunecookie75 tablespoon?! thats ALOT of the salt!. most baking or like making waffles or pancakes only requires 1 pinch or at most 1/4 of salt. depending on the quantity of the recipe.. so a tablespoon of salt is a lot.

@Ghelmaron dont reduce to much sugar when u are baking. when u are baking. u have to follow the EXACT measurements. baking is a chemical reaction process. if you change the ingredients. the final product might be a disaster. u can reduce the sugar by 1/8 or maximum 1/4 when the recipe calls for...
