Mendel is 2.5 year old golden retriever and has fun skijoring and running agility. He is tall, thin (25 inches and 60 lbs) and fast so he does best with outdoor agility.
We had a rough start in agility competitions. Mendel would get over excited and want to jump on the judges or spectators. Lately he has been beginning to focus better and we completed our agility fast novice title.
He loves to skijor and will whine and bark wildly when we pull the car up to the trail head. He usually pulls hard for a couple of miles and then wants to stop and make snow angels for a while.
