PRESENTATION ENGH
The multi-cultural group of La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) Denge Dinan (the voice of the madmen in Kurdish) was formed, in August, 2001, by several Swiss and Kurdish musicians united in a musical plan centered on compositions of Mahir Ispir, singer and player of saz native of the Kurdistan of Turkey.
Supported by an effective and powerful rhythm section (drums, percussions and tuba), envelopped by the lyric flights of fancy of the saxophone, accompanied by a saz sometimes unwinding waves of an infinite nostalgia, the songs of Mahir, which draw from the sources of the traditional music of the Kurdistan, evoke the universal topics of love, fights for freedom and banishment.....
The music of Denge Dinan is difficult to define. It is the fruit of a collaboration which allows each of the members to make common work with their personal footprint. It is a crossed music with an obvious oriental character . In brief, we can speak about a form of oriental rock or ethno-rock.

Le groupe multi-culturel Chaux-de-Fonnier Denge Dinan (la voix des fous en kurde) a été formé, en août 2001, par plusieurs musiciens suisses et kurdes réunis dans un projet musical axé sur les compositions de Mahir Ispir, chanteur et joueur de saz originaire du Kurdistan de Turquie.
Soutenues par une rythmique batterie, percussions et tuba efficace et puissante, enveloppées par les envolées lyriques du saxophone, accompagnées par un saz déroulant parfois des vagues d'une infinie nostalgie, les chansons de Mahir, qui puisent aux sources de la musique traditionnelle du Kurdistan, évoquent les thèmes universels de l'amour, des luttes pour la liberté, le déracinement.....
La musique de Denge Dinan est difficilement définissable. Elle est le fruit d'une collaboration qui permet à chacun de ses membres, de marquer de son empreinte personnelle l'oeuvre commune. C'est une musique métissée dont le caractère oriental est prégnant. Pour faire court, on peut parler d'une forme de rock oriental ou d'ethno-rock.

Anadolu mesapotamya motifleri ile bati muziginin motiflerini Dengê Dînan Coskulu bir temada isliyor. ilk albümünü 2002 de tamamlayan Dengê Dînan bu siralar tamamladiklari ikinci albümünü yayinlama ugrasi içinde
Dengê Dînan müzikal eylimi disinda medeniyetler arasinda bir köprü olusturmak, ve bu savas çigirtkanlarini kol gezdigi dönemde, cilizda olsa Ask, Kardeslik, Baris çigliklari atmak niyetindedir, ve Haykirmaktadirda.
DISCOGRAPHY
Having taken out its first CD in 2002, Denge Dinan prepares its new opus, which will go out in 2009.
