You seem to have forgotten the punctuation mark after, "Ha." A comma, exclamation mark or even a period would do nicely.
The "need" to assess Obama is simply because he's been considered an "eloquent" speaker by the uneducated. It's the equivalent of the Republican who preaches family values ...
