A: Go ahead, just make sure you mention in the friend request that you found me through YouTube, especially if your gamertag is different from your YT account name. Any blank messages will be deleted promptly. My PSN IDs are Delta_Canuckian and iRageQuitZombies, and my XBL GT is DeltaCanuckian. Oh, and please don't freak out like a fanboy. It's amusing at first, but gets annoying real fast. I'm a regular gamer like all of you too.
Q: Are you a Vancouver Canucks fan?
A: Till death. I guess my online handle gave that one away pretty quickly, huh? I'm down to talk hockey with anyone, but only on one condition: don't act like a total douchebag. If you try and troll me by--for example--bringing up the riots in June 2011, the discussion will be over very quickly, and you may be joining my block list.
Q: Are you from Delta, BC?
A: No, that is not where that piece of my handle came from. I used to play a lot of shooters, and the first word that came to my mind when I thought of the military was 'Delta'. It's a word I thought sounded cool, and that's where that came from. I never made the connection between my online handle and the city until a couple years later when I first started up on YouTube.
Q: Box4Box? Sub4Sub?
A: Please, just don't even ask me for this. I'll check out your channel if you link me, but the channels in my box are channels I am affliated with, collaborate with on a regular basis, or are just good friends of mine. I only subscribe to channels whose content I enjoy watching, so if you send me a link to your channel and I enjoy your content, I will gladly send a sub your way at that point. So, what's this all about?
Well hello there, welcome to my channel. My name is Sandro, or as I'm known on the interwebz, DeltaCanuckian. I do a large variety of things on this channel, and many others, so let me explain. The main content of this channel will be let's plays. For those that don't know what an LP is, it's a playthrough of a game, accompanied by live commentary. I will try to keep two series going at any one time, just to keep things fresh.
I also fancy myself a bit of an editor, so I release the occasional montage. My most recent was the extremely well-received BLACKOUT2, a Killzone 2 & Killzone 3 released in September 2011. A sequel, and finally entry in the trilogy, ABSOLUTION, is set to release sometime in 2012. I will also have a few mini-series I produce at various times, such as an NHL 12 Road to the Cup and a Twisted Metal tips & tricks series. Sit back, grab some popcorn and enjoy the massive variety of content I'll be bringing to you!
