Tim I am going slowly on trying this stuff you recomend. Yesterday I added 1/4 t of coconut oil in the morning. I only lost .2 which is down from the .4 that I have been seeing these last few days. But last night my ketones were up quite a bit. I did the 1/4 today again & will at least add another 1/4 tonight. I feel lots better. I also felt like I had lost more than that. When I got up it felt like I had lost about 2 pounds though the scale did not show it. At least by Thanksgiving I will do the ones with the chocolate & the macadamia nuts. Hi Tim, sooo glad I found you. I just purchased my 3rd round of injections for the HCG program. I'd lost 21 pounds in 20 days. Now at a standstill. I went to a 'clinic' and went from taking 25 to 12.5 for my injection dose because of my stall...I had hoped that i would have lost 40 pounds in 40 days as promised in the clinics documentation. I thank you for providing the information /link to purchase the product on line instead of the clinic (expensive). Can you assist with the injection amount to cure my stalll at 21 pounds.

Thanks so much for the info on TOM, since this is only VLCD 6 I have not yet decided what I will do when it arrives. I'm taking Sublingual. The info was interesting and I will pass it on to friends and family on HCG. By the way....thanks for all of your research, your hard work and very informative vlogs. I love your recipes. I did the Chocolate Delight yesterday, and my ketosis actually went up, as you said and I lost weight even....yeah....I love the new turtle cluster recipe as well.....Thanks, as I love dark chocolate, and to think we can have it on the HCG protocol is wonderful...Thanks again for the recipes! :)
