@pist43 Hi there, thanks for your question. If the gumpaste is too dry, you may still be adding too much tylose powder. Start with 1 tsp tylose to 1lb fondant and knead VERY well. Add up to another 2 tsp if necessary, especially in high humidity. Wrap the gumpaste in plastic wrap and then put it ...
