About delano
DELANO
Delano (1971) studied audiovisual design and photography at The Gerrit Rietveld Art Academy in Amsterdam, he moved to London to further evolve his craft in filmmaking. At the age of 23 he graduated with honors from The London International Film School majoring in directing. After wandering around for a short period of time he got signed at Propaganda Films in Los Angeles.
Over the years he got used to combining the classical film making skills with the contemporary new technologies, both in production stages as well as post-production stages.
His style is best described as glossy, stylish, elegant & cinematic, but he doesn't shy away from (clever) dialogue. He has an excellent feeling of what's hot and what's not, for the target group of the early 20's all the way up to their late 30's.
