"It's the third crappiest webtoon on the inter-tubes!"

Deities Requiem is an animation based off of some old RPG Maker games, and some poorly drawn black and white comics that were doodled back in the day by a very bored person.

It tells of the exploits of IceSage (Joe D.) and Cat42 (Sean C. Davis) who are virtual demigods, or, Deities. The show starts by being complete crap, and then progressively becomes more comprehensive, and more detailed as the series goes on. This is due partly because of the storyline, and the animator's progressive skills in "animating."

Each episode, in most cases subtly, makes fun of various aspects of Anime, and those who create "Gaijin" anime. It also makes fun of "Flash animation" a lot. While Flash is a good starting tool, and can be quite effective... it's not exactly the best for "true animation" - yet, flash has become mainstream in a lot of popular new cartoons and animations.
