@mr420B I think you've got that back to front. I regularly drive to work in the dark and rarely see cars with no lights on (perhaps once a week). But every morning without fail I see a number of cyclist with no lights. Only about one in five will have working lights.

I work for Vauxhall and drove the Bathurst from Luton to Top Gear at Dunsfold for this filming. The number plate DE51RED is now on a red 2011 VXR8.
