I put this recordiing and video together on September 23, 2007, I really didn't plan on doing it but I woke up pretty early on this beautiful sun shiny Sunday morning and thought I would post a tune after a long dryspell with You Tube. It also happens to be my birthday, I reallized that when I was typing in the date. I have been so busy. Actually at 5:30am, I was awoken by a severe sharp pain near my left ankle. I did not know if it was a spider bite or a cramp. But how could a cramp be so isolated to a spot the size of a dime? Anyway it got me up and I tried to calm myself down. Evidently it must have been a cramp.
