It is loud and not very awe inspiring, but at 100 rounds per second it definitely gets the job done. We were not aware that they were going to be firing this when they did so we didnt have the appropriate hearing protection on....eh whatcha say?!?

This is one of those "Wait for it" videos. It take some time for the actually rounds to be seen going off. You can hear the Sonar System whistling in search of any possible submarines or anything else for that matter that may be in our line of fire.

Something the video didnt catch is when a round is fired from the 5 gun there is so much air displaced that a wave of air can be felt even as far up as the pilot house wings; which is where I was standing.
