Employment fraud is rampant in South Florida's private yachting industry - while ICE ignores this issue as usual. The issue of illegal gainful employment has been going on for about two decades. Agent Miles Malone, if that's his real that was given to me by himself, is an ICE agent from the Pompano office. He's an agent who once seemed to show some interest in talking to me about my witnessing constant illegal gainful employment among foreign nationals here in South Florida. I initally contacted him in 2008. However, Agent Malone never did contact me back over this issue even after he told me he wanted to meet with me to discuss the matter more intently.
American charter guests provide the main fuel of money, that is to say American cold hard cash, for the biggest yachting season - the Caribbean season. The direction of most of the charter profits, in terms of crew, go to NON American crew members --- many who discriminate against the hiring of Americans, especially American males and American captains. I've seen this time and time again. No Penn and Teller Bull Shit.
