About Me:
I had done a variety of plans since starting here on YouTube. I really like the raw food/vegan plans best. I am not 100% raw nor do I think I ever will be. Cutting back on the meats in general though I do feel much better. I was able to get down to 200 pounds from 250ish by doing this. I hit a big stall though. I think I was doing to many fruits n nuts bringing my sugar and fat calories out of balance.
My next plan was HCG. I was very successful with it! I reached my goal in December of 2010!!! YAY!!! But then.... March of 2011 I had a surgery and comfort foods became my friend (again). People have asked why not just do HCG again. Well with anything you have to have your head fully in it or it just dont come together right.
So here I am today... My First official weigh in for January 2012..... Watch me get back to where I want to be for my health!
