Hey dude... simple. Walk for 40 minutes a day. 20 minutes out, 20 minutes back... as your fitness improves, increase this to a jog when you can, soon you'll be running. remember, 20min out and 20min in. Thats it. Don't go to the gym, don't do weights.. they add weight and mass. Seriously.....
