@holyfatherless pulling motions incorporate biceps and rear delts, pushing motions incorporate triceps and front delts, it's literally impossible to isolate most muscle groups. you're already doing a lot of front and rear delt work, there's no point in having a whole day just for side delts

is the weight really that big of a deal? i'd rather have a slightly heavier gun with a monolithic rail and not have to mess with screws, locktight, bits of rail that might come loose, etc.

@shadowmark645 In my opinion, not really that great of a weapon, it has next to no range, doesn't reliably knock out enemies, is loud, the ammo is hard to come by and takes up a ton of space and you can't upgrade it.
