Regarding the HoT heroics then I agree they are a much higher tier and should be harder.
As for the LFR, it may have a high ilvl prerequisite but I'd bet it can be done with much lesser gear. Is it even a proper raid when it can be cleared by a group of unorganised strangers face-roll...
