I agreed on using AC electric (instead of DC pulsed electric proposed by Stan Deyo) to produce the Lorentz pushing field. I think Stan Deyo did explain on the vortex coil to create vortex magnetic field (the smoke story), but dis-info it back with bolt & nut assembly to hide the actual built vort...
