@toddly2009 because the hydraulics are sealed. nothing out=nothing in. as long as there aren't any leaks it should be fine. a small amount of water wont hurt it anyways because it is less dense and will settle at the top of the reservoir away from the pickup lines. some types of dredges are basic...
